In the first part to this series on the LaBrant's controversies, we touched on Cole and Savannah LaBrant and how they use their children's emotional and physical injuries for monetization and internet clout.

Inside Edition made a video on the subject where Dr. Azmaira Maker, a clinical psychologist, spoke out on her thoughts on the video. She says, "We need to reflect on why grown-ups would put children in that situation, and how can such a situation disrupt important factors of child development, such as trust, attachment, predictability, consistency, security, safety." She believes it's important to acknowledge and understand how important the early years of a child's life is, and how your actions can affect their development. *Make sure to watch the video HERE*

Cole and Savannah did come out with an apology video where they addressed the hate they received. In the video, the couple claim that Everleigh was fine three minutes after they stopped filming. And they also stated that the point of the video originally, was going to be them pranking their followers that they were giving Carl away, for an April Fools prank. They claim that Everleigh heard them discussing the prank and buried her head into the couch, Cole said they were unsure if she was upset or not, so they pulled out the camera and continued the prank.
