Valentine's Day is the day of love. We let our loved ones know we appreciate them and love our significant others a little bit more. If Valentine's Day is truly about love and appreciation, why don't we take time out of our days to love ourselves? Self care days are so important because not only is a self care nourishing your mind and soul, but also your body.
Self Care Day Essentials
drink lots of water
allow yourself three meals a day, you deserve it
journal about your day
watch a movie alone
take some cute pictures
actually do your skincare routine
wear a cute outfit and do your hair/makeup
go for a walk
take yourself on a solo date
get a massage
adult coloring books
clean your house to your favorite songs
make a fun playlist of songs you love
And lastly, do your affirmations. You deserve to hear how amazing you are.
